Christina received her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an Advanced Trauma Informed Care Certification from Bay Path University. She holds an Associate Counseling License from the states of Rhode Island and Connecticut.
Christina uses a person-centered approach with therapeutic interventions unique to each client depending on their individual needs. Her friendly and empathetic nature helps clients feel safe, validated, and respected throughout the counseling process.
She has experience working with a diverse clientele and provides a culturally sensitive environment that welcomes all aspects of a client to be part of their mental health path to healing. Christina enjoys helping clients overcome challenges and connect to their best selves through the tools and insights achieved in therapy with her.
She has counseled adult clients with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance use, relationship issues, and complex trauma. Additionally, she has a specialized interest in helping clients work through grief and loss, with a passionate focus on caregivers.
