I am a licensed mental health counselor associate who works with children, adolescents, and adults. I take a person-centered, trauma-informed approach to therapy and am committed to creating a nonjudgmental, empathetic space where clients feel safe, respected, and understood. I value equity and diversity and strive to honor each client’s unique background, experiences, and strengths throughout the therapeutic process.
I integrate evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness-based interventions to support clients in navigating emotional challenges and building effective coping skills.
I bring extensive experience working with youth and families, having spent three years at Bradley Hospital in the Children’s Partial Program. I am currently working as a clinician providing intensive, in-home therapeutic services through the NAFI Rapid Crisis Stabilization Program. One of my primary goals is to collaborate with clients to foster resilience, insight, and meaningful change.
