I believe that healing begins with being truly heard. I bring a deep respect for each individual’s unique story. Before entering the mental health field, I spent over a decade in journalism, which I believe heavily influenced my ability to listen deeply, honor diverse stories, and connect with people from all walks of life. Today, I bring that same curiosity, empathy, and respect into the therapy room.
I work with clients of all ages but have a particular passion for working with women in transitional periods and supporting individuals through the transitions of pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood. Maternal mental health, including perinatal and postpartum depression, anxiety, identity shifts, and grief, is a central focus of my practice. I also specialize in anxiety and grief counseling for people navigating loss, uncertainty, or major life changes.
My style and approach within the therapeutic relationship is both person-centered and collaborative. I believe every individual has the capacity to find clarity, strength, and healing within themselves, and my role is to walk alongside you as a supportive and compassionate guide. Whether you're a new parent, experiencing anxiety, or moving through grief, I’m here to help you reconnect with your inner resilience and move forward with intention to help you become YOUR best version of you.
